Total lower lip reconstruction with local rotation advancement flap and Bernard-Webster flap after giant lip squamous cell carcinoma resection-a case report and literature review

Abstract: A patient underwent total lower lip defect reconstructions after squamous cell carcinoma resection was reported. Local rotation advancement flap and Bernard-Webster flap were used to reconstruct the defect and anaplasty was performed half a year later. Based on relative literature review, the indication of different surgical techniques were compared.
