Buccal Rosai-Dorfman disease: a case report and literature review

Abstract: Rosai-Dorfman disease(RDD) is an unknown etiological and self-limited lymphadenopathy. The case reports are rare, and it is even rarer to occur in the maxillofacial region. This paper reported a case of Rosai-Dorfman disease in the cheek, the etiology, clinical manifestations, diagnosis, treatment and prognosis of Rosai-Dorfman disease were discussed.
