Segmental osteotomy combined with soft tissue increment using piezosurgery for the treatment of lower anterior misplaced dental implant: report of one case

Abstract: Malpositioned implant is often corrected by angle abutment, but this method can't correct seriously misplaced implants. We reported here 1 case of severely dislocated implant of mandibular anterior teeth, which was treated by segmental osteotomy combined with soft tissue increment, and reviewed the etiology and treatment of malpositioned implant.
