摘要/Abstract

摘要： 白细胞介素8是CXC趋化因子家族的一员,除具有趋化免疫细胞的作用外,对于肿瘤组织的发生、发展更是有着显著影响。本文简述白细胞介素8的生物学特点,分析其促进口腔鳞癌上皮-间充质转化行为的现象和原因,目前白细胞介素8在该领域的主要研究进展,并提出未来的研究方向。

Abstract: Interleukin-8 IL-8 is a chemokine belonging to CXC subgroup, it plays a critical role in tumor progress as well as attracting immune cell. In this review, we descripted the biological characteristics of IL-8, analyzed its promoting function for epithelial-mesenchymal transition in oral squamous cell carcinoma, and summarized the progress of current studies. Based on the results of existing researches, the outlook for future study about IL-8 was proposed. ;
