摘要/Abstract

摘要： 目的比较3种含漱液在口腔种植术后2周对口腔卫生维护的效果。方法将60例口腔种植患者随机分为聚维酮碘组（PVP-I）、氯己定组（CHX）和精油组（EO）,每组20例。术后2周分别用相应含漱液维护口腔卫生。分别检查术前及术后2周时的改良菌斑指数（mPI）和改良出血指数（mBI）,填写视觉模拟量化表（VAS）,评价含漱液的使用感。应用实时定量PCR分析患者种植术区邻牙龈沟液中具核梭杆菌（Fn）和牙龈卟啉单胞菌（Pg）含量的改变。采用SPSS 23.0软件包对mPI与mBI的组间差异进行t检验,细菌含量比较采用Wilcoxon符号秩检验及Mann-Whitney U检验。结果种植术后应用含漱液2周,各组mPI均显著降低（P<0.05）。相对于PVP-I组,EO组的含漱液对黏膜刺激性更大（P<0.05）,CHX组的含漱液更容易造成牙面着色（P<0.05）。PVP-I组和CHX组中Fn含量显著降低（P<0.05）。结论口腔种植手术后短期应用3种含漱液,均有助于维护良好的口腔卫生。在患者使用感主观评分上,PVP-I优于CHX和EO。PVP-I对Fn有一定抑制作用。

Abstract: PURPOSE: To evaluate the effect of 3 kinds of mouth rinses on oral hygiene control during the wound healing period after implant surgery. METHODS: Sixty subjects were randomly divided into the experimental group (PVP-I group) and control groups (CHX group, EO group).On pre-operative and 2-week follow-up examination, mPI and mBI were evaluated. All subjects were asked to finish visual analogue scale (VAS) questionnaire about their sensation of mouth rinse. The detection of Porphyromonas gingivalis（Pg） and Fusobacterium nucleatum （Fn） in gingival fluid was conducted by real-time PCR. Statistical analysis was performed using SPSS 23.0 software package. RESULTS: Reduction in mPI was observed (P<0.05). Compared with PVP-I, EO was a stronger irritation to oral mucosa (P<0.05), CHX tended to stain on tooth (P<0.05). Drop of Fn percentage was observed in PVP-I group and CHX group. CONCLUSIONS: All 3 kinds of mouth-rinses are beneficial to oral hygiene maintenance after implant surgery.
