摘要: β-catenin是经典Wnt信号通路的核心分子,其在牙的发生发育中发挥重要的调控作用。本文从β-catenin在牙发育过程中的表达分布特点以及在牙发生、牙冠发育、牙根形成中的作用机制等方面,对近年来的相关研究进展进行综述,以期为阐明牙发育机制、探索牙发育相关疾病的潜在治疗靶点以及精准调控牙再生提供新的思路。

Abstract: β-catenin is the central hub in the canonical Wnt/β-catenin signaling pathway, which plays an important role in the regulation of odontogenesis and tooth development. In this paper, we reviewed the recent research progress in terms of the expression pattern of β-catenin during tooth development, the molecular mechanism of β-catenin in tooth development process which includes odontogenesis, crown development and root formation. It may provide a reference for elucidation of tooth development mechanism, exploration of potential therapeutic targets of tooth development related diseases, and precise regulation of tooth regeneration.
