Application of digital technology combined with KSP-CDIO in the teaching of mandibular cysts

摘要: 目的: 探讨数字化技术联合KSP-CDIO教学模式在下颌骨囊肿教学中的应用效果。方法: 选择120名口腔医学专硕研究生及规培生,经初次综合考核后,96人纳入研究。按照每组48人随机分为实验组和对照组,实验组接受数字化技术联合KSP-CDIO教学模式,对照组接受传统实验教学模式。通过理论及实践考核,测评学生对颌骨囊肿手术的掌握程度以及对手术并发症的理解程度。采用SPSS 22.0软件包对数据进行统计学分析。结果: 实验组综合评分(91.02±3.92)分,对照组综合评分(87.29±4.16)分,实验组教学效果显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论: 数字化技术联合KSP-CDIO教学模式用于下颌骨囊肿实验教学,可提高教学质量,增强学生医患沟通能力,提升学生对手术方案的理解,加深学生对重要解剖结构的印象及保护意识,值得推广应用。

Abstract: PURPOSE: To explore the application effect of digital technology combined with KSP-CDIO teaching mode in the teaching of mandibular cysts. METHODS: A total of 120 dental postgraduates and resident standardized training students were selected. After comprehensive assessment, 96 students were included in this study. They were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group. The experimental group were taught by digital technology combined with KSP-CDIO, the control group were applied by traditional experimental teaching mode. Through theoretical and practical assessments, the students were assessed on their mastery of mandibular cyst surgery and their understanding of surgical complications. The data were statistically processed using SPSS 22.0 software package. RESULTS: The comprehensive score of the experimental group was 91.02±3.92, and the control group was 87.29±4.16. The effect of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05). CONCLUSIONS: Digital technology combined with KSP-CDIO teaching mode can improve the teaching quality in mandibular cysts experimental teaching, which is conducive to improving students' comprehensive practical ability, this mode is worthy of pedagogical use.
