摘要/Abstract

摘要： 炎性肌纤维母细胞瘤（inflammatory myofibroblastic tumor,IMT）是中间性软组织肿瘤,是由肌纤维母细胞/纤维母细胞所组成的独特肿瘤,伴浆细胞、淋巴细胞和（或）嗜酸性粒细胞浸润。头颈部IMT临床上并不常见,所以对该疾病的治疗及预后评估尚缺乏统一标准。本文就IMT的病因、临床特点、病理特点、治疗及预后的研究进展进行综述,以期提高头颈部IMT的诊疗水平。

关键词: 炎性肌纤维母细胞瘤, 间变性淋巴瘤激酶, Cox-2抑制剂

Abstract: Inflammatory myofibroblastic tumor (IMT) is a distinctive mesenchymal neoplasm, composed of myofibroblasts/ fibroblasts, plasma cells, lymphocytes and/or infiltrating eosinophils. It is not common in the head and neck region, which resulted in the lack of standards of treatment and prognosis for the disease. This paper reviewed the current literature on the etiology, clinical features, pathology, treatment and prognosis of IMT in order to facilitate better recognition and treatment of IMT in head and neck region.
