Diffuse tenosynovial giant cell tumor of the infratemporal fossa and skull base: a case report and review of literature

Abstract: Diffuse tenosynovial giant cell tumor is a kind of benign,local invasion venereal change of the joint synovial,articular capsule and tendon sheath,which rarely occurred in the infratemporal fossa and skull base.This paper reported a case of diffuse tenosynovial giant cell tumor located in the infratemporal fossa and skull base.Clinical presentation,radiological features,histopathological findings and treatment were discussed with review of the literature.
