Treatment of nevoid basal cell carcinoma syndrome with free forearm flap: a case report

Abstract: This case report presented a 30-year-old male with mandibular skin defect for more than 3 months. The pathological examination indicated basal squamous cell carcinoma. Treatment included jaw cysts enucleation, mandibular soft tissue and bone lesion resection, and free forearm flap was used to repair soft and hard tissue defects. The patient recovered well after operation.
