Abstract: PURPOSE: To investigate the effect of structural psychological nursing intervention on anxiety and satisfaction of microscopic plastic hyaluronic acid injection in patients undergoing cosmetic treatment. METHODS: One hundred patients with microscopic hyaluronic acid injection who were treated in our hospital from January 2017 to December 2017 were selected randomly. The patients were divided into control group and experimental group by computer, 50 patients in each group. Patients in the control group received routine care, while patients in the experimental group were given structured psychological interventions. The anxiety status and satisfaction were compared between the two groups using SPSS 21.0 software package. RESULTS: Patients in the experimental group had a stable mood after treatment, and the psychological status and patient satisfaction were better than those in the control group. The scores of SAS scale were lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). The satisfaction degree in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P<0.01). CONCLUSIONS: Implementation of structural psychological intervention during micro-plastic hyaluronic acid injection for cosmetic patients can help to better improve their psychological status.
