摘要: 近年来,口咽癌发病率呈上升趋势,其中HPV感染是口咽癌发生的重要危险因素。因其独特的生物学特性、对放化疗敏感和预后良好的特点,2017年AJCC和WHO分期中已将HPV相关口咽癌列为独立疾病。但目前临床上对HPV相关或非相关口咽鳞癌患者的治疗并无明显区别,因此,探寻更加适合HPV相关口咽癌患者的治疗方案成为当前关注的热点。本文对近期HPV相关口咽癌的诊断和治疗进展进行综述。

Abstract: The incidence of oropharyngeal squamous cell carcinoma (OPSCC) has been on the rise in recent years, and HPV infection is a critical risk factor for the occurrence of OPSCC. Due to its unique biological characteristics, sensitivity to chemoradiotherapy and good prognosis, HPV-related OPSCC has been classified as an independent disease in the 2017 AJCC and WHO staging system. However, there is no obvious difference in the clinical treatment of patients with HPV-related or non-related OPSCC. Therefore, search for a more suitable treatment plan for patients with HPV-related OPSCC has become a hot spot of current concern. This article reviewed the recent advances in the diagnosis and treatment of HPV-related OPSCC.
