多维数字化模拟技术在口腔颌面外科研究生培养中的应用

Application of multi-dimensional digital technology in postgraduate training of oral and maxillofacial surgery

摘要: 目的 探讨多维数字化模拟技术在口腔颌面外科硕士研究生培养中的应用价值。方法 选择颌面部骨折及牙颌面畸形等病例30例,收集完整的病史、病历、影像资料、牙/颌面部模型及照相资料等,组成多维数字化临床教学病案库。选择2019年起进入口腔颌面外科培养的福建医科大学口腔医学硕士研究生26名,随机分为实验组和对照组,每组13名。对照组采取传统教学模式,实验组经多维数字化模拟技术培训,授课结束后从理论和技能两方面进行考核,对学习效果进行问卷评估。采用 SPSS 19.0 软件包对数据进行统计学分析。结果 实验组考核成绩为(81.42±3.31)分,对照组为(74.29±3.21)分;实验组问卷评分为(25.08±0.30)分,对照组为(19.29±0.53)分,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 多维数字化模拟技术可起到较好的教学辅助作用,有助于学生加深对解剖、手术术式、手术设计等的理解,利于激发学习热情和创新思维,值得在口腔颌面外科硕士研究生临床教学中推广应用。

Abstract: PURPOSE: To explore the teaching application value of multi-dimensional digital technology in cultivation of postgraduates of oral and maxillofacial surgery (OMS). METHODS: A total of 30 patients with maxillofacial fractures and dental-maxillofacial deformities were selected. The complete medical history, medical records, imaging data, dental-maxillofacial 3D printing models and photographic data were collected to form a multi-dimensional digital database. A total of 26 postgraduates of School of Stomatology, Fujian Medical University who have been trained in OMS department since 2019 were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, with 13 students in each group. The control group adopted traditional teaching mode, while the experimental group was trained with multi-dimensional digital technology. After teaching courses, the students were assessed in both lectures and skills, and the learning effect was evaluated by questionnaire survey. SPSS 19.0 software package was used for data analysis. RESULTS: The scores of the experimental group were (81.42±3.31) and the control group were (74.29±3.21). The questionnaire score of the experimental group was (25.08±0.30) and that of the control group was (19.29±0.53). The difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). CONCLUSIONS: Multi-dimensional digital technology can play a good teaching auxiliary role, help students deepen their understanding of anatomy, surgical methods and surgical design, stimulate learning enthusiasm and innovativeness, and is worthy of wide application in clinical teaching of oral and maxillofacial surgery.
