牙列缺损患者倾斜植入种植体稳定性的影响因素分析

Influencing factors of stability of inclined implant in patients with dentition defect

摘要: 临床上少数牙缺失患者缺牙部位牙槽骨存在严重吸收时,应用轴向种植需采用植骨或上颌窦底提升等方法,通过增加骨量以达到种植要求,但仍具有上颌窦黏膜穿孔或损伤下颌神经管的风险。一些临床医师采用倾斜种植方法以减少增骨手术的创伤,缩短修复期。倾斜植入的种植体的稳定性一直是关注的重点,本文收集近年来的相关文献,就影响倾斜植入稳定性的因素进行综述。

Abstract: Clinically, patients with a few tooth loss have serious alveolar bone absorption at the missing tooth site. When axial implants are used, bone grafting or maxillary sinus floor lifting should be used to increase the bone mass, but there is still the risk of perforation of maxillary sinus mucosa or injury to mandibular nerve canal. Some clinicians use inclined implants to reduce the trauma of bone augmentation surgery and shorten the repair period. However, the stability of tilted implants has always been the focus of attention. This paper collected the relevant literatures in recent years to discuss the factors affecting the stability of tilted implants.
