头颈部脉管畸形的超声诊断

摘要: 超声检查以其无创、便捷的独特优势,被越来越多地应用于头颈部脉管畸形的辅助诊断、术前评估和随访病情变化。本文根据国际脉管疾病研究学会(ISSVA)提出的脉管疾病新分类,总结头颈部脉管畸形的超声检查方法,包括灰度成像、彩色多普勒成像、频谱多普勒成像,并回顾相关的临床和超声特征包括葡萄酒色斑、静脉畸形、动静脉畸形和淋巴管畸形,为临床诊疗提供参考。

Abstract: Ultrasound is a non-invasive and convenient tool for auxiliary diagnosis of head and neck vascular malformations, preoperative evaluation and follow-up of disease changes. Ultrasound technologies include grayscale imaging, color Doppler and spectral Doppler imaging. This article summarized the ultrasound examination methods of these lesions based on the new classification of vascular diseases proposed by International Society for the study of Vascular Anomalies(ISSVA), and reviewed the relevant clinical and ultrasound features of various malformations, in order to provide an effective basis for clinical diagnosis and treatment.
